Helping people effected by mental illness

The Heart of the Mind CIC offers a range of expertise to empower people. We listen to what people need and put together the services which are most useful to them.

• We encourage people to develop their creative talents in arts and in study.
• We recognise the need for people to have advice about housing, including legal advice, and we can help in other ways with the living process by working on budgeting or even cooking!
• We help with planning for work, voluntary or paid in the future.
• We help by talking things through either with counselling or just a friendly chat.
• The Heart of the Mind encourages people to be proactive.
